Losing Marpet was a huge blow to them. He was unquestionably their most consistently good guy on that line. Jensen was a dirty as hell player and Wirfs has moments that he looks like an all-pro and others like he’s a rookie still. They would be really up shite creek if they hadn’t traded for Shaq Mason. We have no room to talk though as Peat and Ruiz aren’t exactly Carl Nicks and Jahri Evans out there.

injured players aside, I think it is a fricking joke when the national media weighs in.
"Well, Sean Payton is gone"
"Drew Brees is gone"
"Dennis Allen wasn't a good HC for the Raiders"
Payton was great and I'll always be grateful for what he did but let's not act like he got everything right. No one does.
Drew Brees was limited in his last few seasons if we're being nice here.
But to get to my point, no one and I mean no one is talking about how Todd Bowles will do as a HC in his second stint.
I mean if people want to harp on DA, okay fine.
But be fair when talking about Todd Bowles who is in a similar boat.

And how about the biggest (non)story of the summer so far..."Where is Waldo".

He gets a pass because of Brady.
and i'm not a hater, if anything I'm fair.
I have an upmost respect for Brady but.. he isn't the fricking HC!!!!!!!!!

Must be nice to un-retire after only 6 months thus ensuring a fat paycheck again only to take an leave of absence for an unknown amount of time right b4 the season starts.

I could not ever formulate a more unfair comparison.

Very similar situation.
That o line is going to cause brady some headaches.

Brady without a decent oline will be Brady in the last years with the Pats. Good but not great.

who honestly wouldn’t take Devin White who is 9 years younger
A) you said he was the best LB in football. Far from the case
B) If you're talking this year alone, you take Davis every day, dude has been all pro the last 3 years. If you're giving out a 5 year contract I can see the argument though Davis hasn't lost any effectiveness so far, he's been playing some of the best ball of his career as of late, and elite LBs can play until their late 30s and be effective a la James Harrison and Ray Lewis.

Just go back to the first half of the 2020 season. That line was inconsistent & Brady was getting sacked a lot. It wasn't until they somehow got it together that Bucs became a better offensive unit that season.

You basically assume by the 10 days Brady was given off, that he does whatever he wants & he will run the Bucs offense as he sees fit to run it which includes a major influence on the playcalling.
I get it, he has earned the ability to have a major influence on the game planning & play calling but at the same time, the minute things don't go right, the finger pointing inside that lockeroom will begin.
If the Bucs don't start out fast, there could be some major problems internally that could derail their reason. Not that I would have any problems with that at all.

Look at the first 4 games on the bucs schedule. 1-3 is very possible

White isn't even the best lb on his team

I find it funny that the national media gives us shite because Dennis Allen, a former losing NFL head coach, is now the coach, so this team is an unkown, but totally glosses over that Todd Bowles is also a former losing NFL head coach.
