Nothing is worse that the "that right there was a fan impact play!"..
No matter how quite the dome was, if it's a 3rd down stop, it automatically becomes a fan impact play.

There is still enough noise pollution in the Dome without the siren. The fan impact plays and the 3rd down announcements need to go the way of the siren.

The siren had a Pavlov conditioning impact on me. I hear other teams play it and it triggers ptsd and visions of Brandon browner flash in my brain.

Fricking no. Every time that siren went off you knew the opponent was converting that third down. Didn't matter if it was 3rd & 1 or 3rd & 20.
