Teddy has 4 starts. His numbers stretched across a 16 game season, based on these 4 starts, is 3600 passing yards 28 tds and 8 pics. And over 100 rating.

Sooooo, yeh Bridge is doing his thing. No reason to bitch about Teddy. Also, 4-0.

Please stop being irrational those dissing Bridgewater. Lets enjoy the W’s. We have a good problem on our hands.

BOOYAH

Like I've been saying, Theodore is putting up what are traditionally considered ALL PRO numbers.

I mean he’s a game manager on a team with an elite defense and elite special teams (punter / FG kicker)

Not throwing ints or fumbling the ball is by far his greatest strength to this team.

Agree

That being said the guy you’re responding to is doing the opposite by repeatedly calling for TB to be starter for the rest of the season and into the playoffs.

You can’t miss 5 rudimentary passes in a game and pretend he’s “doing his thang”

He was complete shite today

Lester Earl, you know I have great respect for you and the businesses you founded and run. Nonetheless, I think you're wrong about READY STEADY THEODORE. Comes out of no where off the bench to lead a leaderless team to 4-0 while putting up All Pro numbers. He has it all -- the stats and the wins and the respect of his teammates. This team didn't play this tough with Brees at QB. I'm telling you, we're witnessing the birth of an All Pro QB. Far better to enjoy this genesis than try to critique it.

To be fair last week's 300yd 4 TD game is the outlier. His other 3 starts have been consistently suckier.

Meanwhile, Goff threw for 75 yards today.

Teddy has been what we need him to be, a competent QB. He's not going to the pro bowl but he has been doing enough to get us in position to win games. He isn't going to carry an entire team on his back to win a Superbowl. If he was we would never have gotten him as a backup.

Better to take one good game against a suspect pass defense and multiply it by 4 to inflate the numbers? He's had two shite games, one ok game and one great game. Matt Flynn had great games.

I have no real problem with teddy. He’s a backup QB, I don’t expect much. But he showed today why he’s a backup. You can’t miss easy passes like he did today & expect to get a pass.

Those are all pro numbers in the 90s...you ain't cracking all pro if you are under 4000 yards in today's NFL.
