The coach who can scheme up a consistent running game and even more
Importantly can marry that running game to a play action/misdirection passing game is the most important commodity in the modern NFL. And then the coach that can stop that is second most important.
It’s no longer a question of who has the best QB like it was 15 years ago. You’re much better off having Ben Johnson or Kyle Shanahan or Sean McVay that you are Joe Burrow or even Josh Allen.
It’s more important to have Kevin Stefanski than it is Tyler Shough.
