Verrett certainly isn't my dream guy, but for realistic choices at 27 he may be the best if available.
I'm hoping we can get either Verrett, Shazier, or Cooks at 27, being somewhat realistic. All depends on if Beckham "falls" to the Jets on Cooks as I don't think the Chiefs and Eagles are dead set on taking a receiver like most of the media thinks.

Ecuador, Pacific ocean front property sells for what the property tax (or less!) is in California. Very similar to CA cept steady 70-80F every day year round
