Integrity: firm adherence to a code of especially moral or artistic value : INCORUPTABILITY. Source: Merriam-Webster. The common theme touched on in the statements issued by Gayle Benson, Ben Watson and so many others has been league accountability and Integrity. The response for the most part in the media is utter shock that integrity is even in the equation. You have to ask yourself with what you saw and know so far was this really just a blown call or was it a thrown call. No one but those directly involved know the truth. With all the bad publicity the Nfl has garnered in the last few years if they don't have anything to hide then they have nothing to worry about by having an outside agency conduct an investigation. Realistically I know this will never happen. I do know that the vast majority of fans including myself believe that this was a thrown call. If it was just an honest error I could get past this. For me draft picks or other compensation will never be enough because I won't be able to seriously view a game without having that doubt in the back of my mind, just like the doubt of suspecting infidelity of a spouse /partner. All the difference in the world between a blown call and a thrown call.

They didn't miss the call.

They chose to ignore the blatant penalty IMO.

The 2 blatant penalties. One of which has resulted in a fine.

Solid.

Also, there were several other blown calls in the game.

Obvious calls that should have been made.

The narrative by the talking heads that are kissing NFL arse is the Saints still had an opportunity to win in OT.

Of course they neglect to mention the hands to the face against Drew and the pass interference on the same play that the Rams “intercepted” the ball.

So, yes the game was thrown.

There is way too many circumstances that the league cannot deny.

Financing L.A. stadium

Moving NFL network to the stadium.

Officials from LA. Area

The blatantly obvious non call plus Several Others that are not discussed.

The officials started to sway the outcome long before and after the most famous non call in the history of the NFL.

Fact is the Saints had there opportunity to win stolen on that thrown call. You can take so many opportunities from a team until you have effectively taken there opportunity to win. Everyone expects the game to be played with in the parameters of the rules and let the chips fall where they may. The officials affected where the chips fell.

no one can possibly watch a replay of that game and not conclude the game refs were in an organized effort to do anything possible they could get away with to deny the saints a super bowl bid without having a predetermined bias to excuse and ignore all evidence of rigging the game.

The ones that don't come to that conclusion are in utter denial. They don't want to see it.

I will never change my mind about that being an intentional no call.
On the first no call PI on third down and the no call on the helmet to helmet on Saints TE, I thought it was so obvious that I texted my son. " No one will ever convince me differently. Well, the fix is in "

Your help is appreciated. I had an IV in my arm for a week and it has caused some nerve damage in my typing hand. So my focus is on efficiency and organizing my thoughts.

CAN U DIG IT SUKKA?????

May as well go back to this type of entertainment. The NATIONAL FRAUD LEAGUE is garbage entertainment and NOT. An ethical competitive sport. They refuse to review and call games correctly in real time and they refuse to follow their own rules about replaying screwups. What a frickin joke.

These are supposed to be the cream of the crop refs in the playoffs.

Laughable.

At least 4 calls could’ve been made on that play

PI, defenseless player, face guarding, and helmet to helmet. Not one of the 6 refs saw any of those calls on a play that was out in the open. I’ve seen lesser PI calls get at least five flags flying from all over the field. I’ll be baffled for the rest of my life for the no call.

Then why didn’t they call the face mask penalty against the Saints?

Patrick Turner ruled the pass incomplete.

How could he not see the DPI or helmet to helmet when he saw the "incomplete" pass?

It wasn't a blown call.
