We're a rarer breed than most give credit for. I'm from New Orleans, born and raised. I loved being a part of the city; it's behavior.

Anyway, I can't help but complain about the Dome the other night.

I go to 2 games a year, and this was my first of the season.

The players cheering you on through the big screen are half hurt.

The team is hurt, but ain't nobody playing 100%.

The crowd is done. Time for DA to get fired.

Time to fire Dennis Allen

Been going to saints games for years, and been a season ticket holder for 5.

That was absolutely the worst atmosphere I’ve ever experienced in the Dome. Allen has killed the enthusiasm.

Dick Nolan coached the Saints for 44 games (1978-1980) and won only 6 in the Dome. That was the origin of the Bagheads and the Aints moniker. In 1980, the Saints won one game, not in the Superdome but at Shea Stadium, after they fired Nolan. I lived through that, Hopefully I will live through this and if I don't, it won't be because of the Saints

Ditka years aren't a fair comparison. We already sucked before he arrived. We had one season that started (3-0) before finishing with a losing record.

16 years of excellence (yeah, including 7-9 and 8-8 years), and now we have this shite show. Thursday night and everything that came with it sucked more than ever.

Like the Ditka years, it's not a fair comparison. Latter Jim Mora leading through Ditka is the only comparable sample size, and even that isn't comparable.

The point is that this is new territory. We've gone from a destination team to this so quickly

We were not a destination team and then we were and now we are not. But we aren't a non-destination team like we were pre-Benson. At least not yet.

Dude, ain't nobody want to play for New Orleans. For what and with whom?

We're a trash small market yet again, and I just hope we don't enter a period where it'll be hard to right this...and end up moving the team.

The Dome is lame. Comprende?

It isn't about the game. It's about the drunks and the idiots who play dress up. It's exactly the type of numbnuts Gayle and Mickey want buying season tickets

No the true LSU fans don`t leave. The coorporations that pay the fees
to have sideline seats are the ones that leave. The real fans are in the end
zones because they got priced out of the good seats. People who sit on
the 20s -50 yardlines don`t care about the game ,they are there to be seen,
they are called elitists.

You are complaining about the fans, not the building.

No, the entire experience was lame af. Dome renovations are great. Beyond that, everything sucked.
