We should should not. Ingram is running like a man this year, we dont need another running back for CSP to give his carries to.

Ingram has a bumb shoulder which he's playing through. Not sure when khiry and pt will be back but Cadet is meh and we've been bringing in rb's off the street. We have one more issue at RB, we're in bad shape heading into possible post season.

Holy shite. We need to jump on this. Could be good for us in the coming years if Ingram takes bigger money elsewhere.

Not that this is the end all, but PFF has Tate near the very bottom of HBs this season, at -9.0.

Yeah, the running game isn't a problem this year or the offense for that matter.

I think Tate is a pretty good player. Even this year in Cleveland he has had his moments.

If we could get him cheap, I'd definitely take a shot.

If CSP/Loomis don't think they'll re-sign Ingram and IF they think there's a chance that they move on from Pierre in the offseason then I'd say yes....But unless both of those things happen then no.....Tate is a pretty good all purpose back, him teaming up with Khiry Robinson in the backfield would be a pretty good combo, but putting Tate in their to mix in with maybe Ingram plus Robinson plus PT then that would just be too much

Adrian Peterson would look average behind this o-line. I know you know that, but I have to keep reminding myself too.

Better certainly.

I'd say pretty good.

The Saints are extremely thin at RB right now and Ingram is an offseason decision they need to make. Why not see if you can get Tate in on the cheap as a try out? I see nothing wrong with this.

If no one else, I could definitely see Indy picking him up right now off waivers....Bradshaw got hurt this week and Trent Richardson still isn't performing up to par

Oh, ok.... can he play Right Tackle?

In all seriousness, when a person rushing on the right side has enough un-obstruction at the line to make a play on a RB going left, I don't care if you have a roided up version of Barry Sanders playing in fast-forward, you just can't run the ball. I don't know who the eff Bryce Harris is, but we might as well bring in an orange traffic cone on casters and put it in at RT. It's just that bad.

Saints shouldn't touch him. One of the reasons is he is out is because of his constant complaining of having to share touches and the RBBC approach Clev uses.
