supposed to be the occupant along with the chick of the impala. seems like they would be key witnesses in this.
they are also supposed to be friends of the smiths. he does have a hint of lafayette in him.

im not sure if hayes braked or not. I only saw a picture of a small skid mark right in the vicinity of where the front of the hummer was. that could have been from either vehicle it wasnt a good enough picture to speculate on.
I am 99% confident that the long tread marks are not from the accident.

I surmised from the autopsy diagram that since it showed "Will's" backside and "Racquel's" front side, that that is the direction the bullets were traveling.
Shooter was trying to take Racquel out of the situation. I don't believe Will was shielding her, he was just standing somewhat between them. Easy to get a clean shot to her legs if Shooter walks closer to them and a little to the side.
I haven't read any info on how the bullets traveled through her legs.

So we have will and his wife near their vehicle with possibly following pretty much, racquel not even going for gun yet but Will is the threat of the situation cause he felt the need that they needed their gun for their safety. Lots of ifs still but i haven't seen much to believe that Hayes wasn't an initial aggressor yet. Something physical may have happened for will's glasses to have been disposed of many feet away.

There was an interview on one of the news stations with Ceravolo.
It was said that he was a few minutes ahead of Smith. Pierre texted him and he immediately went to the crime scene.

Will's glasses are interesting. No one has said that there was a physical confrontation prior to the shooting. But how else do Smith's glasses land on the ground between the hummer and the mercedes?
