supposedly those 2 were in the impala according to the description on the photos. it was also reported that these were friends of the smiths, which I find hard to believe due to the way they appear.

ive never seen a tow truck use that. regardless. it is impossible for those tracks to be from the hummer during the accident because the hummer never made it that far up. the front end of the hummer ended up at the rear of the blue mini cooper... right above the large area of liquid on the street.

He wants to cross them up and create reasonable doubt. His job is to throw as much shite at the wall as possible and hope something sticks. I would do the same.

Ceravolo already said on Monday he was either home or almost home (can't remember) when he got the call of the shooting. Then went back to the scene. He wasn't in either car.

Well now you have. There are several different types. There's a type that can be placed under both axles allowing them to move an entire vehicle without dragging the tires. A towing company can be sued for damages if they drag tires like you described.

Well if the marks didn't come from the Hummer, where did they come from? Also, wouldn't that mean that Hayes didn't break throwing out the theory that Smith purposely locked up his brakes on Hayes?
