maybe they were all going to Ceravolo's home? Ceravolo was almost home a few minutes ahead?
Saw somewhere they were heading downtown to have a drink at a hotel bar.
I think Smith's passengers needed a ride back to their car downtown as well as everyone had been to FQF.

The Hummer is going to be in neutral when it's picked up. Unless the wreckers did something wrong, towing a car shouldn't leave any skid marks.

check out :44, is that Ceravolo that night?
maybe at :40
here is the same person in a picture. he has a yellow shirt like in the tween and short style haircut, but cant tell definitely.
this guy also stuck around for a while as he was still there a few hours later when they towed smiths vehicle.

FQF had ended like 3 hours before the accident though.

But how else do Smith's glasses land on the ground between the hummer and the mercedes?
If they were still on his shirt like this, who knows

yeah no doubt. my only thought was whatever liquid was on the ground in the front of the hummer was on the tires and made a track. thats definitely not a skid mark, and its definitely not wills or the impalas tires, and it is also in the wrong place to have been involved with the accident as the hummer was never that far up. it may even br from a different time altogether. whatever it is, it has nothing to do with the wreck, I am pretty certain of that.

Well if that's true than that throws my scenario of Hayes tailing Smith and then unintentionally slamming into him as a result of Smith braking to avoid a crash with the Impala.

Glasses on ground, was Will one who took off shirt, he wasn't shirtless when shot right?
Posted on 4/14/16 at 4:48 pm to Chad504boy
Looks like either there was some kind of physical confrontation that we haven't heard about yet, or maybe Will was the one who ripped off his shirt.

You have x-ray vision if you can see the rear wheels of the Hummer in that video.
dont know what to tell you but there is no contraption on the rear wheels of that hummer.

Actually don't think u can see a shirt on his forearm

By bending over. Maybe he bent down to look at the rear damage on his vehicle.

exactly what i looked for when i saw the glasses on the ground. pictures of him slumped on the steering wheel are inconclusive

there may have been other skid marks. there was definitely a small one right in front of that large patch of liquid on the street, but it looks like 1-2 feet at most. I am just refuting this 15 foot skid mark people were saying. there may have been one but it wasnt in the pictures that were linked. also, the damage on the vehicles was pretty minimal IMHO. There was a collision, but I dont think it was done at a high rate of speed.

plausible

Fuller gave same type of answer about who took off shirt as he did with who hit and ran in original accident

To me - "Shirt Off" implies an invitation to handling things mano a mano... Not with a gun.

was wills shirt short or long sleeve? only other picture I found from that day doesnt show.
