Whether or not he hit him or not is irrelevant because it doesn't justify what happened after. I want to hear the self defense police justify firing 10 shots 7 of which were to Will's BACK and two into his wife.

No.

I've seen literally hundreds of videos of accidents.

Looking at the video without your lawyer eyes, you dont feel bad to be the only one agreeing with lunchbox over this?

Same here.

Of course, they don't want to talk about that. They wanna talk about tire marks, and fender benders, and how that justified homicide.

I already did, and it's not 100%. It's certainly possible, but it's not 100%. I'd need to see the spare tire cover of the H2 to say it 100%.

no, it is 100%.

you can also see the pictures from the crime scene that show that the tire cover lock on the hummer was damaged from the hit and run and swung open.

I just love your flip on speculation.

I disagree with you bs about the video

My BS? Ok guy.

Look, you're talking to an attorney that has seen literally hundreds of accident videos. That is a shite video that does not AFFIRMATIVELY show enough.

I have not been arguing that Smith did not hit Hayes. I'm simply arguing that the video doesn't show enough to VERIFY it.

Its just not clear. Anyone saying otherwise is inferring based on what they think they see. A good attorney (not me) would tear that video apart.

If it even mattered. Which it doesn't.

Until you can. you're doing nothing but speculating. There's a reason Scott Walker says it "appears to show" instead of it "shows."

He knows Will personally. You think he wants to incriminate him like that? He is just doing his job.

Attorney: Will, Racquel were concerned for safety after Hummer braked; they saw no damage, so they continued on their way.

Well that's a lie. They didn't check for damage. They just drove the hell off by pulling into the oncoming lane of traffic to get away.

In this instance I'm talking about.

Unless there was a camera on the bumper that got smashed from the other vehicle, there is nothing you are going to see to convince you of a hit.

No possible other view a local camera has is going to convince you

The H&R is meaningless.

Well maybe not now that I think about it. That could give the prosecution a reason to say Hayes is enraged. So I change my stance on this not being important.

That must be why it swung out when he drove off right after the 100% clear hit....

Smith hit the hummer. But the gate swung open bc of when he smashed Smiths car after most likely.

I just don't think this was a justified action on Hayes' part.

So if the Smith's didnt hit the Hummer, why did their lawyer say they checked and saw no damage? If they didnt hit, why are they even looking or thinking of damage?

Again, do I think, after watching all the videos, that he tapped him? Yes, its certainly possible.

Key word: think.

As I've said again and again and again: There is no VERIFIABLE impact. It is not clear. Anyone arguing otherwise is seeing guessing.

Once again, it doesn't matter. I'll just give up on this one, because I don't care about the H&R.

It doesn't matter, at all. A H&R actually happening hurts Hayes more than it helps.

What do you think falls off the front of Smith's vehicle?

Why do all the actions following that "hard brake" fall in line with what people do after a fender bender? Hayes pulling off to the side of the road?

why in your estimation does Smith speed off and run the red light?

You are a huge nerd if you truly believe ANYONE wants this Hayes cat to walk after committing homicide.

If someone claimed you hit something, you wouldn't check for damage?
