I was sorry to see Baun go.

he went to one of if not the best situations for him it's all about timing sometimes.

there were times when he showed flashes when he played. I'll never forget the time he came flying off the edge dipped his shoulder on Sewell when they were playing the Lions and threw Goff for like a 15-yard loss. then of course you had the dumb luck growing pain moments like when he picked off that pass against the Texans and then fumbled on the return and then Houston got the ball back.

Is it really that hard to give more information on what you’re talking about exactly so we don’t have to turn around and start googling stuff?

Moron. Also, lose the Ebonics please.

There's no guarantee that Aiyuk would have the same issues with Mickey and Co. that he has had with the 49ers. Michael Thomas notwithstanding, our FO tends to get along with the players. I'd take Aiiyuk over Cesar any day.

But, oh who was on the board when we picked:

Patrick Queen, Tee Higgins, DeAndre Swift, Jonathan Taylor.

Jalen Hurts. Imagine if they had taken Jalen Hurts on a flyer. It would have been a huge reach at the time, but given how he has developed, Payton may have stayed.

Jalen Hurts

Would have never believed he would be as successful a pro player as he has become. Yet, there are sometimes when he proves those prior beliefs were not all wrong.

Looking back the pick should have been Taylor. Pretty sure Sean really liked him also

Ruiz and Payton Turner were retarded draft selections in the first round and everyone knew this. Sean just wanted to be cute and different and prove to everyone how smart he was.

It’s like he was having a conversation in his head and brought us in right at the end. And he expects us to agree with him.

For real, the 2020 draft threads aged like milk. Passing on Aiyuk back then felt like a massive miss, but watching his absolute public implosion and how he completely trashed his career over the last year, it looks like a massive blessing in disguise.
