Zion played the most minutes on the team tonight. He's getting in better shape. I haven't been hearing any more fat jokes or lazy defense. He's improving.

He had 9pts and 2 assists in the first 3 minutes of the 4th and ended the game

Yeah to be fair most his points were garbage time. JV was the one who helped is separate and blow it out.

Up 20 points to begin the 4th isn't garbage time, especially with our team. When he stretched it to 30 it became garbage time

He's still extremely large compared to a few season’s, but he definitely looked very active on defense tonight.

I liked the effort. His enhanced size is still puzzling at this stage of the season. He looked nothing like this just last season.

His dribble was especially bad tonight.

It would be great if he could drop 10-15 lbs.

His dribble is weak. I wish he would work on that.

Zion was credited with 1 steal tonight but I feel like he had 3 or 4. He played really well defensively, and has been doing so over the past 5+ games (as has BI, who has been phenomenal defensively).

Zion working his way back to peak form. He looks leaner, moves quicker, stamina increasing... We don't need him to be Thanos right now. Let him coast until playoffs then unleash...

Was more impressed with post game interview where he said their success starts with the defensive end, where he played very hard last night

There’s no such thing as garbage time with this team until 2 minutes left up 40

My only gripe was that it still looked clunky with him an ingram. Especially in the 3rd when the warriors chipped away at the lead.

Both guys looked great when one was sitting

The Warriors cut into the lead towards the end of the second quarter. They did this by putting Jonas in a middle pick and roll with Steph as the ball handler. It was killing us. For some reason they went away from this in the second half. It could have had something to do with Looney picking up his fourth foul early. The lead was only 13 at half and they never got it to single digits in the second half. I do give credit to the staff for taking advantage of Jonas once Looney was out in the third quarter.

This is how Zion was used last November/December. I really hope we see some Z/Trey/Hawk lineups with Zion being the initiator going forward. The spacing was completely different.
