The year we won the lottery for Zion we were slated at 7th.
Atlanta last season was slated at 10th. Last season only one of the 4 worst teams stayed in the top 4. The top 4 original draft positions were 10th, 2nd,9th, 5th.
The year we got Zion the original draft positions were 7,8,1,11.
All that to say, lately it’s looking better to be middle of the lottery than beginning
