Agreed. It’s not what you wanted to get, it’s what can you actually get.
I’m also encouraged because Randle & D’Lo developed so much after leaving the Lakers, Ball and Ingram are just starting to hit that 2nd & 3rd year when they should make big strides and that they are on rookie deals.
The picks are big too.

If you tell me we get Towns for #4 or someone with that talent then yes please. But that isn’t realistic and I would rather draft a guy who can be our “Tatum.”

He's a kid that will mature. He's younger or within a few months in age as a lot of players in the draft this year.

Lol. AD hardly sniffed the playoffs 7 years here and the Lakers missed the playoffs this season. Now adding AD and losing Ingram and Ball makes them better than the Bucks, Raptors, Rockets, etc? You're melting hard my dude.

Vegas is also reasonably close to Los Angeles, and the Lakers have a huge fanbase, and lots of them want to bet on their team, which moves the line. That's how Vegas makes money.
