Adrian Wojnarowski - @wojespn: Monster haul for David Griffin and the Pelicans. They maximized the AD trade without needing a third team. History of Griffin deals typically include strong pick protections, which could made trade even better. And now, LeBron gets his second star in LA. Here we go.

Wow it actually happened. It looks like they got pretty much everything from the Lakers. If you were going to trade him there, this is the package you wanted from them. Still would have preferred the Clippers deal personally if they put it all on the table but oh well.

The fact that Demps didn’t pull the trigger at the break, they could’ve gotten more. Should’ve had Kuz as well, even if it’s for trade bait

They didn’t get Kuz, and the other frp better be completely unprotected. That would be everything from the Lakers. Unless the picks are a few years from, garbage trade.
