Idk. Apartments are a haste.

Some people like space.

Even 19 year olds might need space.

Especially 6’7” 280 pounders.

I had people who spend 2k on rent in CBD apartments the size of my living room, with no yards and views of the CBD. Never appealed to me.

If I had All that money I woukd be looking uptown.

I'm kind of assuming that his Mom, Stepdad, and little bro would be coming down here to live as well? No one said that but it kind of seemed like that would be the case. Maybe I'm wrong.

This building, along with the Standard, are likely choices. The old Reggie/CP3 spot in the river is also a possibility, I suppose. Those penthouse aptmts right in downtown make sense for Zion in this phase of his career.

One River Place was is nice, but they both lived there in post Katrina Nola that didn’t have the influx of condos that they do now in Warehouse District.

Obviously when you have the money for one of these places, you can renovate it to look however you'd like, but I saw one of them for sale sometime last year, and it looked like it hadn't been touched since the 70s. I know the building was opened in 1989, but everything in that particular unit looked like late 70s early 80s. Just thought that was kinda funny.

I just can't wrap my head around this if I'm required to go to the southshore nearly everyday.

My in laws live out in Money Hill, and I love visiting that neighborhood and it seems like a cool place to retire. Like I would LOVE to live there...if I never HAD to leave.

Thousands of people do it, but I just can't understand wanting to start and end your day with a 45 minute commute WITHOUT traffic. Not even like a fun commute, like some canyon/mountain roads or something like that. Just a straight arse bridge with cops every 6 miles.

If I was him, I'd just buy up the baddest place available in MCG. Him and Jrue could carpool.

Why go to One River instead of just waiting for the Private Residences at the 4 Seasons? That is going to be a prime spot for athletes.

I seriously doubt that. Maybe his family is moving to the northshore and he will have a condo in the city.

If you're on Zion level, you get multiple places.

1. Near facility
2. Uptown near Drew
3. Quarter near Kamara

I highly doubt Drew keeps the house on Audubon once he’s retired. He’ll probably downsize to a condo for when he has to come in town.
