Lebron =\= the goat.
Zion is unproven in the NBA, but he’s starting with more athletic ability than what Lebron started with, and can shoot better than Lebron could.

I would say “do you want to be remembered as that other guy on lebron’s team, losing millions of dollars in the process and never sniffing a championship with the lakers? How retarded are you, you big dummy”

Wheel in a pallet of money a la sean Payton that illustrates the difference in an extension here and signing elsewhere

Hey AD, thanks for the last 7 years, i guess. those two times we had a winning record were a lot of fun. I wish you the best at becoming the best player in the world somewhere else........dumbass.

I wouldn't say my pitch is "innovative" but here it goes

1. Unprecedented investment into the organization

Ownership is investing heavily in analytics, player care, development, and facilities like never before. The best and brightest minds are coming to this organization that will ensure you have every tool at your disposal to maintain peak performance. This will keep you on the floor and provide you trust that those nagging injuries throughout the course of a season and your career don't get untreated thus allowing you every chance to be successful and gain the recognition and awards that befit a player of your caliber.

2. Legacy

You have spoken over the years of your legacy and reputation. You want to win. We want to win. We want to win the right way. You see the backlash players like Kevin Durant and Boogie get by having to hitch their wagon to already successful franchises to get their championship rings. There is nothing wrong with that but could you have imagined Tim Duncan, Kobe Bryant, Michael Jordan, or Larry Bird doing the same? Imagine how beloved you'd be in this city, in this community when the dust settles if you buy in to what we are building and bring a championship to this city? Look at what our counterparts, the Saints have done. Look at what Drew Brees has done. You can do the same.

3. Talent

You already know what you have in Jrue Holiday. We are going to bring the right talent to help you win on the court. We are going to surround you with the right player development people to make you better, stronger than you've ever been before. We are going to draft Zion Williamson #1 overall and he's going to open up so many things for you offensively and defensively. He's the perfect pairing for you to build the future we envision. Think a modern day Duncan and Robinson. We have flexibility in bringing in other key players to make this a winning franchise. It may not happen overnight but united with a continued vision we can be successful.

4. Money

I know you care more about winning but we are more than willing to offer you the largest contract in league history right now. You and your family and future generations of your family will be set. You can then focus on the game you love and continue to build on the amazing things your doing for the community. If in a year you don't like how things are going, we will discuss the options then, but we are confident this is the place you'll want to call home for the remainder of your Hall of Fame career.

Why y’all hating on my pitch? Is 60 games of AD really worth 45-50m a year? I’d rather keep that money and have a deeper team of more reliable players. We couldn’t even build a winner around him at his current salary level.

the only other game changing idea is maybe if Griff has Kyrie Irving up his sleeve.

I’d rather keep Kyrie away from Zion. He pretty much broke all of the young guys in Boston last year. On a team with Jrue, Kyrie, AD and Zion, Kyrie is the 4th best player but he’d probably take the most shot attempts.

LeBron is the GOAT. Anyone who says otherwise is being a little bltch like AD. Lebron is playing against much better competition and the most stacked team of all time. People forget he took literal bums to the finals in his 4th year.

We have Mardi Gras. You can be the Big Shot with Zulu.
Winning is not everything but money is. Winning don't get you women but money does!
To show you our the city love for you, Mayor Cantrell agreed to pave those pot holes so you won't have to worry about wheel alignments on your Bentley.
She throw a little extra.
Sewerage and Water can build you a lil bayou that surrounds your house to keep you hear.
Like that commercial you did for that furniture store we gonna let you have it.

I won’t be disappointed in Zion. I like all around players with good attitudes. All Kyrie has is some cute dribble moves and a sour attitude. I can do the same dribble moves he does in my driveway. I don’t need to see Kyrie pound the rock into oblivion for 82 games and freeze out Zion and Jrue. We all saw what he did in Boston this year. He isn’t gonna change, just like AD isn’t going to change. I really hope we deal AD to Boston just so the entire world can see how much of a disaster that AD and Kyrie “superstar” pairing would be.
