I’ve never seen just dramatic reactions to assistant coaches taking other jobs.
Pels talk is a goldmine right now. Some of y’all are melting because our assistants are getting promoted. It’s hilarious to watch.

Vinson is a good shooting coach. Most of his stuff is on catch and shoot that'll help shooting averages. He's proved he can do that. I haven't seen any video of him coaching, off the dribble 3 ball, which is what this team has needed. Maybe that's an either you have it or don't thing.

I think Phil Handy is available... The Lakers let him go.

I really think our loyalty to Willie Green is going to send us down a dark path. Not saying because of Vinson leaving directly, just a symptom. Trajon, Vinson, Borrego, these are smart guys. Jonas, Naji, these were some of our best PO producers and hardest workers. And my opinion, but his not being able to get through to Bi, one of our best players. I feel like he’s starting to get tuned out and could be sitting with a less talented roster and less ideas being handed to him. Hoping for the best.
All of this. Going all in on Willie Green is a mind numbing decision.
Everyone in the league knows it except David Griffin. Haven’t seen one signal that keeping him was a good thing. And a ton that it wasn’t.
This is it. This is the city’s chance at a winner. And we’re betting it all on Willie Green. God…

Maybe well now no longer draft players who can’t shoot for shiet thinking Vinson will miraculously fix their shot everytime
You mean like drafting Trey and Hawkins? Lol

Imagine being stuck in NOLA for 15 years and then you're out is...Detroit.

I am 100% fine with this.
He is incredibly overrated and I think we need a new voice in that department.
How?
In what department?

Oh, you mean the year the young guys he’s been working with and teaching started hitting their shots?
I don't see guys starting to hit shots for the 1st time in 14 years as a very solid argument in favor of Vinson.

I
And willie green doesn't strike me as some forward thinker. I wonder how short his leash actually is.

If you have a good team owner, then griff knows Willie’s success and his job security are tied to the hip. No way a competent owner gives Griff another opportunity to hire a new coach. That’s 3-4 coaches in 6 years
Probably one of the main reasons Willie is still here

I don't believe that's a big loss our shooting is nothing that can't helped by another. I'm willing to try someone fresh he's been with us a long time and we really haven't had.
a chance to shine with our shooting game. We fall apart at crunch times. Trey needs to start and see how he does full time. Lot of changes to be made.

We gonna be shooting straight bricks now yall. Herb range went from 3’s to layups and Dyson might as well retire.
Well boyz, the elite shooting era is over. Time to move on ????

A few years ago, this news would have pissed me off. At this point, just give me new everything except Corey Brewer, Swin Cash, Joel and AD, and whoever it was behind the Herb and Jose picks/signings.
