If Roberts is on this team come trade deadline and Rivers isn't, I'm done with this franchise.

Could be little truth to the rumors, but they certainly aren't made-up.

Makes perfect sense! Rivers finally starts to come around so its time to trade him for a crappy backup undersized PF im sure.....

I have taken extensive effort and time to show my personal opinion on the matter

ETA: Obviously, I'll take the blue line.

Rivers is such a talented kid, he can shoot at times and jump out of the building. He didn't do well as a go to option in his first season, but why doesthis organization hate developing players?

No, but I did get an insider peak at Monty's etch-a-sketch that keeps track of player performance.

He's just not a good shooter.

So far since we've drafted him, he's become better at getting to the basket, better at finishing near the rim, better at the FT line, and a better defender.

What makes you think he can't improve his jumpshot?

Not arguing any of this. Because it's true.

But if we're being honest, there was no where to go but up from his first year.

No wonder they love Brian Roberts, they mistook the 00 for an infinity sign

Let the trade happen first. For all we know it was a lie they told Austin so Monty could sit him the first half of the season without him checking out. You also have to see what return we get if a trade is made. Rivers for Udoh is trade just to trade. The Rivers/Stiemsma for Dudley/Bullock trade corndeaux mentioned earlier seems like the usual Demps trade spare parts for better fitting spare parts.

Rivers is only 21. By the time he hits his prime (26-29) he's going to be one of the better players outta that draft.

Most of the players that came out of that draft are only 21.

Better than AD, Beal, Waiters, Lillard, Harrison Barnes, Terrance Ross, Andre Drummond, Terrance Jones, Marquis Teague, Draymond Green?

Jump out of the building???? I mean, yeh, I guess compared to LSU rec ballers. He doesn't jump particularly well for an NBA shooting guard.

And I went to high school with guys who can shoot at times.

This lines up with that earlier rumor about Pierre Jackson being signed around the trade deadline.
