Welcome to the Pelicans.

Reminds me of a mixture of Michael Jordan/Kobe Bryant with a little Allen Iverson and Lebron James in him.

Got a bit of Steph Curry to him too if we're being honest.

Follows in the footsteps of former Penn St. and Pelicans great Tim Frazier. First PSU basketball player drafted in 19 years(which is pathetic).

his 3pt% and curry are the perfect comparison because he's definitely far far away from the rest

We'll call him Curry-lite for now

Idk about you guys, but he reminds me exactly of a mixture between Mantue Bol and Muggsby Bogues

Why did this guy come out early as a sophomore to be a late 2nd round pick?

"Carr didn’t have a great combine, and his stock has dropped since his hiring of an agent last month."

FYI- SI had us taking him in their mock draft

quote:

Sports Illustrated
Projection: No. 51, New Orleans Pelicans

"Given the political nature of how the second round works, Carr may end up pushed down to the fringes of the draft after an extremely productive year at Penn State. He’s a solid scorer with playmaking skills but not a terrific athlete, and scouts have doubts about his defense and his jump shot mechanics."

i lol’d

To me he is a combination of Manute Bol and Spud Webb.

Edit: I now see someone included Spud Webb in a joke before me. I will now downvote myself.

When I Googled him thinking "Who?", several pictures had me wondering if that is his real form. Apparently it is. I can only assume his shot is erratic.

I think he has some Rodney Stuckey to his game. Hopefully he can become a bench scorer.

Jeez, how many guards does this team want on its roster? Without really counting, it seems we must have a dozen or more.

Holiday Moore Jackson are the only guards under contract
so...more than three I think would be ideal

Reminds me of a cross between Maravich and Ewing with a dash of Jordan post Space Jam.
