Those missed 2 free throws by Daniels against Lakers (Game 7)

Always thought it would come back to get us. Up 3 with 1.something and misses both. Ryan with corner heave with 0.4 to bring us to OT. End up losing. Haunts us

It will only haunt us if we don’t make the playoffs, although it’d be nice to be tied for 6th right now. Although, it’s kinda silly to point the finger at Dyson Daniels when Zion has missed most of the season and BI missed nearly half of it. That’s what actually haunts us

It wasn’t even Reaves it was a no name dude who I don’t even think is on their roster anymore
And to make it even worse, all the Pels had to do after the FT misses was just foul.

There are a mountain of games that we have collectively fricked up. The Lakers game is one of them… but we were also complete arse against them 3 weeks ago at home.
Thunder at home, magic twice, Utah x 3, blazers, pacers, wizards.. rockets!!
Let’s not pin anything on Dyson. We’ve fricked up plenty and as stated time and again…all games count, no matter when in the season…and this is testament to that.
A very small improvement in just a few of those arse games and we would happily be sitting 4th right now despite all of our injuries.

The Houston game is the one that hurt us. The team knew they let one get away they should have won and turned it on after that game.

We were up 15 in the 4th quarter against the frickin Rockets not to long ago and lost. That is the one that hurts the most.

It’s pretty wild we had probably 7 or 8 more games we should have won even with our injury woes.
Take away a few games we probably should have lost and we are still sitting in 4th or maybe even 3rd. Insane.

That game almost had nothing to do with Dyson
I’ll remember coming out with zero effort and playing 3 terrible quarters before blaming Dyson on that one.
We also closed each quarter like choke artists. Basically gave up buzzer beaters each quarter, plus just played the last 2 mins bad in each quarter.
We played well in the 4th, but we got murdered on the boards (gave up several rebounds and then buckets after free throw misses). Otherwise we win by 15.

I don’t bkame Daniels. I blame Willie. You either foul are set up a wall at the 3 point line. He did neither and it cost us the W.
