That stretch was a truly religious experience

We have been baptized by Zion.
NEVER seen the blender that lit. I saw tears in people's eyes. A little (read: a lot) of jizz came out.

I've never seen anything like that 3 minute stretch in my life. Each 3 plunged me deeper and deeper into Nirvana. That was incredible.

I really didn't care if we won after that. I wanted to obviously, but I knew in the grand scheme of things what we just witnessed was more important than the win. He's truly special. He went MJ shrug game an hour after ESPN called him too fat to play basketball. We good and we'll be good for awhile

And then you pull him out in a 2 point game when you a chasing a playoff spot.

Exactly how I felt.
I looked up and saw we were up 1. I wanted to win obviously, but I knew I could die happy seeing that display by our lord and savior, Zion Williamson.

The craziest part is he really does look horribly out of shape. At one point a guy blew right by him in the paint for a layup because he was standing straight up and flat footed. When he does get into basketball shape he'll be something to behold.
His 3 point shot looked pretty good too. He probably will only be able to get it off when he's open, but he'll either be open and hit a 3 or he'll blow right past the defender closing out on him.

Dude, if you can't understand that the next seven years are more important than this one game, I don't know what to tell you.

Lol youd never think that with all these random idiots making posts and slurping each other off

That was by far the funnest sports moment I’ve ever experienced in person. Just absolutely incredible.
Felt like a huge disappointment and the crowd was dead. Hart had a good effort play that brought the crowd back alive and Zion blew the roof off. All the people calling him fat and a bust we’re loving every second of the debut up until that point. Twitter was hot take central. You could tell he was frustrated but he composed himself and took the game over. Objectively that was the funnest moment of the NBA season by any team because of all the reasons above.

I thought the roof was literally about to pop off. It was seriously reminiscent of the gleason block.

Exactly my thoughts. He’s special. As long as he has the work ethic to stay in shape through the offseason and develop his game the way all great players have...like MJ, LeBron, and even now Giannis, he is going to be unstoppable

Agreed. I think he’ll shed 10 pounds just by playing. I think his perfect weight is 265-270 and I think he’ll slowly realize that and get to that point sometime next year.

Never have I left a game that we lost, and I still felt like we won. It was amazing leaving the smoothie king center and hearing the roar of the crowd.

Doctors specifically limited minutes and Gentry followed their orders.

Zions PER after last night is a 38.1

Even though we lost, experiencing that 3 minute stretch was a feeling above and beyond winning the 3 playoff games (Dunk on Nurkic was close though). I wish we had a dedicated bench camera though, NAW was going nuts the whole time.
