I haven’t seen one person besides BR think the Dumars or Weaver hires are great…

The point is not whether the hiring of Weaver is good or not.
Weaver was hired to be the "Senior Vice President of Basketball Operations." That is the same exact title that Swin Cash held. None of us knows what that job entails. And yet no one is going to dismiss Weaver based on not knowing what he does. Because he is a man.
