He probably got the inside scoop during a sleepover at Macnamara's house.

quote:Was funny listening to him on the news last night. He shows a clip from Griffin pretty much saying that Spoon was not an option for head coach. After the clip, he said that even though Griffin threw cold water on the Spoon for HC rumors, his sources tell him that Spoon is still going to be considered. How ridiculous. The person making the hire answers you specifically and you report that some other source tells you something differently.
Ah man! If Fletch reports it’s Lee then chances are it’s not going to Lee.

Holding my breathe that the next bomb to drop isn't SVG torching the organization when he finally speaks.

Wouldnt put it past him. Lets face it he probably has nothing to lose as its probably his last coaching gig

his sources
Yeah he doesn’t really have any of those. Go look back at his coverage of last year’s search

I asked trusted NBA source where he thinks ‘name’ coaches land:
Clips: Ty Lue
Houston: Doc Rivers
Philly: Mike D’Antoni
NOLA: Jason Kidd

Mid 4th quarter last night I saw Bud running up and down the sideline, calling plays on every possession, pulling players aside and talking to them.... and they went on a run to put the game away
Meanwhile Steve Nash stood there with his arms folded
Please give me a coach.. not some ex player just to placate a bunch of cry babies

Is Scoop B Robinson a notable source? He has 30 plus K teitter followers and I feel like he’s tweeted out some Pels info before.
He just tweeted out that the Pels are considering 6 candidates.
Uduka, Vinson, Carlisle, T Spoon, Lloyd Pierce (gag), and Stackhouse
He also says he is hearing that “Zion Williamson’s “Camp” (I hate that fricking phrase lol) is pushing hard for T Spoon.

No.
He tweets out hundreds of things that are all wrong. every once in awhile he comes somewhat close to one. He's not reputable in any way and has no information.

This series ain't the one to be touting Bud's coaching acumen

He's basically IncarceratedBob but with even less information. Total fraud.

I wanted Bud the year he left Atlanta, but Dell was never gonna hire him.

One of the podcasts I listened to in the last few days mentioned that Bud has a reputation for rubbing everyone the wrong way. No way they go from Stan to Bud if that's true when one of Stan's biggest issues was rubbing everyone the wrong way.

Yeah, time for the "good cop" part of the routine.

That’s interesting. Jrue seems to love Bud, FWIW.
Although I doubt any of our current players appreciate the same type of coaching Jrue does at this stage of his career.

As he should. Billups would be a very interesting choice for us.
He also said he would pick Ingram #1 over Simmons before that draft so theres that
