I can see most people on this board don't understand leverage and negotiation tactics.

The argument is that the state has not complied with required paperwork and it’s been an ongoing problem. Beats me…, but I could believe that either side is at fault if history is a guide.

its a shame me calling Jeff Duncan a pawn is removed but we can have a thread calling Gayle a deadbeat. horrible admin decisions. And this thread isn't meant to attack you bunchie. just calling a gayle a deadbeat based on a one sided agenda article from writer who are notorious for his shite starting is a bit much. Jeff Landry replaced almost the entire LSED Board in January.
They are in negotiation over the future lease.

Correct, midway into the new TV Deal, they will announce expansion to Vegas and Seattle.
Pure money in the owners pockets directly, and then gives them new negotiation for the next TV deal.

Meanwhile have you seen the new arena the Clippers owner built with his own money? Don’t tell me Gayle or the state does not the money. Gayle and the state will make enough money just off those Taylor Swift concerts to build new arena. This gets settled after the Taylor Swift shows.

it was a tangent thread going after jeff duncan. it was easy cause it was me but you can leave your duplicate lame arse threads up on the board. fricking joke of an admin. message boards are made for clicks and content. all my last night posts are still up and fully coherent.
