Lol nonstop posturing. Will be really interesting to see what Pels do.

I think of all the reports we've been hearing, this is the biggest one that could make this a real possibility.

Everything before was just meh news, but this could move the needle IMO

What is Charlotte coughing up besides the 2 for Ingram?

They don’t have a ton of talent on the roster outside LaMelo and I don’t want Heyward or Rozier for salary matching TBH.

Would you trade BI? I love everything about BI but I will say if you take out all the other stuff and just see it from a bball perspective- Im not sure Scoot made be the better fit with Zion and may be better player. I dont ever see BI being more than an all star.

I would do Hayward, Williams, 2 and a future 1st for Ingram and Naji

Do it! There’s more positivities than negatives with a trade like this. Plus I think it’ll give griff and company more time. One more disappointing year with Z and BI and they’re gone

I’d rather keep BI than Zion but I want to hear the offer before I reject it.

BI for #2 overall and Heyward is not acceptable.

BI for #2, salary matching, and a number of future picks (they can trade their 24, for instance, because they still hold Denver’s 23 1st) may be a possibility IF we are doing a major change of some kind.

Michael Jordan is a shitty judge of talent. It is a possibility.

Yes he’s still overseeing until sale goes through but those new owners will have a lot of say.

Team is pretty much being finalized to be sold. The decision will be made by the new ownership.

That's why I don't think a trade will be made for the #2 pick.

Unless they want to make a splash and sell season tickets. A big trade for an all star would help with that.

at best you’re getting Hayward, Scoot, Williams, and a lottery protected pick for BI and Naji

or they get the proven young player that can help win games now. Keep their jobs for the new owners. Get a guy from NC.

Yeah I think a trade is more likely with new owners than not. Plus interesting timing to announce sale. Like right before draft.

At this point I would be extremely surprised if we did anything drastic. I realize that makes for less exciting message board conversation, but that's the interpretation I've been getting from the last several days worth of info

Honestly the info we’re getting the oast days and leading up to the draft is frankly all posturing and BS smoke. I wouldn’t depend on it either way, at the end itll just depend if Griffin pulls the trigger or not. But yes I do think pels have a serious interest in making a trade.

We are not getting anything other than 2 and salary matching in a Hornets/BI trade. Every general manager in the league would take Scoot over BI for the next decade. If the Pels are asking for more than just 2 BI will be playing here next season, which is absolutely fine with me.
