Lol, should’ve kept Griffin…

Griffin was paid 10 million a year, that would get you a top level guy, need to pony that up again

Definite no on Dumars.

Can’t really speak on Graham, he could be good. Sometimes the young/hungry candidate can hit.

So Joe Dumars being a Louisiana guy is enough to hire him huh? As much as I hate Griffin, I'd almost rather him over Dumars. Would be a terrible terrible decision.

For frick sake not Joe Dumars. I’d rather go with the unknown in Graham than the known in Dumars who was shite. We just can’t have nice things.

Bryson is reportedly seen as an up and comer around the NBA. Still think we need someone with more experience but I’d take Bryson all day over Dumars.

I said it yesterday that if I had to guess, we’ll probably just promote Bryson. It’s the cheapest and easiest option which we all know is Gayle’s MO

Lol Joe Dumars. Why not just bring back Dell Demps at this point?

Franchise is a joke. Shitty hires after shitty hires. Go with Graham or find someone else that’s new

Bryson Graham's job history:

quote:

General Manager New Orleans Pelicans Since Jun 25, 2024 (Promoted).

Assistant General Manager New Orleans Pelicans From 2019 (Promoted) to Jun 25, 2024 (Promoted).

Director of College Scouting New Orleans Pelicans From 2018-2019 (Promoted) to 2018-2019 (Promoted).

Scouting Coordinator New Orleans Pelicans From 2014-2015 (Promoted) to 2017-2018 (Promoted).

Video Coordinator New Orleans Pelicans From 2012-2013 (Promoted) to 2013-2014 (Promoted).

Basketball Operations Associate New Orleans Pelicans From 2011-2012 (Promoted) to 2011-2012 (Promoted).

Player Development Director New Orleans Pelicans From 2011-2012 (Promoted) to 2011-2012 (Promoted).

Front Office Intern New Orleans Pelicans From 2010-2011 (Hired) to 2010-2011 (Promoted).

I like someone that has worked their way up from the very bottom. He's obviously been doing something right to get that many promotions.

My only concern is would he lack perspective having only worked here in New Orleans.

Working under Dell Demps and Griff isn't exactly the best endorsement here.

Hell no to Joe Dumars but I’m okay with Graham as long as he’s able to help land a good coach.

shams: Hall of Famer Joe Dumars is a serious frontrunner to become the lead basketball executive with the New Orleans Pelicans, sources tell ESPN. The 2003 exec of the year and 2004 championship exec with the Pistons is a Louisiana native. Dumars is currently heading NBA basketball ops.

yea we're cooked
