Jrue was so good he led the 76ers to a 34-48 record.
Before Doug Collins quit on the Sixers they were actually in the mix for the 8th seed.

and Jrue was averaging 19/9/4 on 45%.

Yeah, that was Jrue's fault.

This thread is funny. Pelicans fans would kill to make the playoffs, let alone make the second round. We'll see if they manage to finish above last place in the division.

trolling the Pelicans board are we?

We get it. Dell has made some great moves in the last 2-3 years to take a shite squad into a possible contender, but don't get ahead of yourselves. Congrats on signing DH12, the headcase, but if you think his addition alone will get Houston a ring after 2 decade you need to cut back on the koolaid.

going to be a long season, might as well save your energy for after the all-star break. should be interesting.

So can't use stats or team record to show how good a player is. Got it.

So drafting Royce White in the middle of the first round and giving a reasonable contract to a solid player (who we really needed at the time) are his worst moves? The funny thing is that New Orleans would have won more games last year if they had drafted White instead of Rivers.

He's saying Rivers was so bad that a no show White is better than a starting Rivers. But the joke's on him because the Hornets weren't trying to win last year, and "player development" plus bad drafting by other teams = Jrue Holiday and a Pelicans team that can handle the Rockets.

For now. People with enough vision to realize the earth wasn't flat or the center of the universe got laughed at by idiots enslaved by conventional wisdom too.
