The conditioning issue with him is overblown.

ON THE COURT, his motor is very high, and he can be relentless.

He came in as a freshmen overweight, and worked extremely hard by all accounts to figure things out and figure out what he had to do to be better, and he did.

Zion was a greek god at Duke, went on the #1 pick junket and was a cow by Summer League. Very different situation

They do not like when facts are pointed out and call for censorship so they aren’t reminded.

We gave up a fantasy that isn't actually real for an actual top 10 talent. If that bothers you so much before even knowing the talent level or outcome then I'm sorry you are that weak minded. That top 3 pick doesn't exist and the top 10 player does. Those are the facts.

How is he a top ten talent? He went 13.

It’s not a fantasy. It’s an unknown. Mavs and Spurs just won the lottery after barely missing the playoffs. Anyone can win it, no matter where you drafting.

Stop praying for problems before they even occur. Queen is not the headcase that Zion has been. I think this is going to work out well.

I'm not sure what your point is. I want to win and not be in the lottery next season. I think that is what the front office is gunning for as well. The Bucks should be in the playoffs too (if they keep Giannis). So hopefully it's a pick in the late teens.

I'd rather make the move and get the player they want, than do nothing and hope we get a better draft pick. This past season should scare all of us away from tanking and what a waste it is..

The first has as much chance of happening as does Queen living up to being a two 1st round pick guy if not more.

The issue was that it was not necessary to trade an unprotected pick to get the so called top 10 player. He isn’t a top 10 player. He did not get picked in the top 10, so stop with it. He was a top 13 pick.

Using outliers to justify him being a success in conflict with actual data saying a top 5 pick has a much better chance of success is naive.

You can stop over-inflating the player to justify a moronic and embarrassing trade.

Like the second greatest player ever drafted at #13

1) Kobe is not the second greatest player. Maybe top 10 on a good day, but he’s behind Arbil-Shabbat, Wilt and Magic just from the Lakers.

2) Kobe was a kid drafted out of high school.

3) He went to an established playoff contender after forcing a trade where Del Harris was a legit coach and surrounded by massive talent.

This kid has noted work ethic/weight issues, and while he has shown a great progress this last 8 months, we see the same with Zion only for him to balloon back up each off season.

He’s an older player for his college experience, so it’s not like you are getting an 18-year old with plenty of room to grow.

Wut?

I think I know what you're trying to say here, but you have no idea about what has a better chance of happening.

#11-15 picks turning into an all star is less than 15% or something along those lines.

So you are saying a 33% chance is worse than a 15% chance.

Most of those successes went to teams with stable leadership and good to great coaching. That is not the case in NoLa.

In the end, ignore reality and actual statistics to force people to accept stupidity.

I actually just met him tonight at a restaurant, moments ago. He is a) a tall 6’9” and b) did not look or seem heavy at all. Nothing like I was expecting.

What's your point? He has credited UM for teaching him how to eat right and work on his body.
