We brought in CJ to help our guys grow up. 2 years would be plenty of time for that. Shouldn’t have extended him until we saw how his play translated this year. That should have been the deciding factor on his extension value. And it’s not 30-35 mil so far.

It’s not an argument. Anyone who says he currently looks like a 35 mil player is lying to themselves and betting on what he “could be”. I hope he gets there but he is not there.
