Ingram took 3 shots second half lol he just walks around looking lost

He's busy facilitating.

Things started out so well because Boston was playing carelessly making the Pels defense more effective which lead to easy buckets. The Celtics took care of the ball better in the 2nd half and were able to flip that script, and since we don't have that lead guard, our bad offense lead to bad defense.

The Pels needed BI/JV to be the best players on the court, not the best players on the team, and in the end they weren't.

Poor shooting 2nd half does the Pels in! Especially BI and Graham!

You'd have to do something like that to keep him fresh. It's crazy we're talking about a rookie having to fill so many holes on a team. He's our best defender, best spot-up shooter, and our best off-ball cutter. We just can't continue to get stifled due to not having guards who are strong with the ball, so maybe he has to be a primary ball-handler too. Watching the Griz, and obviously, they have Jah, but they play just play tough D and push the pace and get so many easy transition buckets. Most things the Pels do have a degree of difficulty attached.

I mean at the end of the day, for all the talk of us coming on of late, we are still roughly 20th in the league in net rating the last 15 games. With it being a slight negative.

We will likely lose more than win games like today. And because a lot of that is so top heavy with how BI and Val play, when one or the other have off nights there aren
t a lot of places to reach for to make up for it.

We're starting to see who this team really is. We really can't hang with any decent teams unless they are giving just a dog shite effort. Only games we have a chance of winning are if the other team is missing players or we play out of our minds. We're at best a below average team. It's a hard pill to swallow because we showed a bit of promise after our terrible start, but we just don't have the talent to beat any decent teams. Best I can say is don't blame the players, blame Griff (and Zion)

Might be a rough go for awhile for Herb at the point. Learning that position "on the fly" in the NBA is kinda asking a lot for a rookie but the guy just keeps surprising me so ...this seems like a pretty good time to just see what all the guy can handle.

Everybody has down games. But it is a big letdown, especially going heads up against two contemporaries. Ingram has to have more pride in games like today.

I spent all summer pushing for Schroeder. Damn shame we didn't pick him up. Would be the perfect complement to Graham. Great defense and sporadic scoring. What a platoon that might have been. Could have signed him straight up for less than 10M..

Schroeder would have been a decent pick-up. You're absolutely right about BI but if he is our primary facilitator, who's looking to get him the ball in his spots?
