BI is gonna be a monster for us.
Needs to get on that Giannis plan tho.
Giannis is a freak (pun intended), but if you saw that presser today you can see how Ingram has TONS of room to fill out.

I could see Jaxson pumping up like Giannis. Adding weight seems to be a priority for Hayes future and I got the feeling he’ll do it the right way via muscle mass.
For some reason, I don’t see BI adding muscle. Dude is going on his 4th year and his weight and muscle mass is relatively the same since leaving Duke. I don’t know if it’s due to personal preference or organizational advice. But I would like to think this new regime he’s with would strongly encourage it.

BI was playing around 210 last year. He said he hasn't really been allowed to raise his arm over his head with weight for the last 4 months. Glad to see him being able to resume normal basketball activities ...(training)

Maybe it's because he hasn't worked out in a while with his blood clot condition, but I don't see any muscles at all on him. At least in the before/after of Giannis you can see some semblance of muscle tone. Ingram just might be one of those stick man types that won't ever put on weight, and there's nothing wrong with that, KD isn't exactly ripped either.

After watching the video I realized BI has an eye infection in his left eye. You can see the matter on his lashes...
