Logic to me is even if it is true, I think it is reasonable to think that the plaintiff intentionally refused to seek criminal charges to allow it to go under the radar, have Williamson get his bag from the league and then sue.
No point in suing a guy worth $1 million when you know in a couple of years he will be worth $100 million. That is likely why a lot of these women don’t bring it up when it happens, while another bunch lie just to get money.
I doubt her family simply stayed quiet if they got threatened assuming it really happened, so people had to have heard about this 5 years ago.

As much as I think he is lazy frick, this is bullshite. If he raped you multiple times you don’t keep going back to him and then years later file suit.

The amount of people tiptoeing around this are hilarious.
It's absolutely an indictment on Zion's decision making in the women he chooses.
But given what we know in the women he chooses with Moriah Mills and the mother of his child and now this woman, and that this woman never filed a police report and ONLY wants money, and also that we know Zion filed charges and this person has or had an arrest warrant for extortion...
It's ok to say you're confident this is all bullshite and just a money grab. I think we can all confidently come to that conclusion, it's ok to say that.
I mean, anyone thinks Zion chooses nice, homely girls you'd want to take home to your mother that are totally trustworthy? What are we doing here

Zion could be traded/released for basketball reasons alone. With the uncertainty of it all it doesn't make a ton of sense to build a team with him as the fulcrum. His play, aside from the 7 game run nearly 3 years ago, hasn't demonstrated he is elite.

Yes - These women are getting paid. I totally believe this happened exactly as its written in the lawsuit. They likely have proof to support it. Under the law, you have to meet certain criteria for rape - did you say no? did the other person ignore you? additionally - was there any physical evidence of an assault? If this were staged, im guessing they have this on tape and there is physical evidence of abuse. They waited until the ZIon stock topped out and cashed in.
