Allen Crabbe is available. Young, has a good 3-point shot. Problem is he might be a 50 million guy like Solomon Hill. I still would offer just to make Blazers match it because all reports are that they will spend luxury tax if it means keeping the team.

The Pels don't have the cap space to offer Crabbe, and he's restricted.
