If Conley is worth $30M a year, then jrue will get at least $25m if he has a healthy year.
Aside from health, is Conley a better pg than Jrue? Is he even better than guys like Reggie Jackson, Kemba Walker, Kyle Lowry, Isiah Thomas, etc.?

After seeing an unhealthy Chandler Parsons get $24M a year max contract, I don't know how much his health matters.
