You are talking about the demographic every financial institution in the world is willing to pay a premium to get. This is not 2002. You aren’t going to grow this thing with cheap paid advertising. You can’t afford to compete even if your site had traction. It doesn’t. Cost per acquisition on a user signup like this will be $40-120. This is why I all those “free” services sell data. If you are serious about spending several hundred thousand dollars on ads, say so and I’ll email you to talk about a business plan. Otherwise you should be doing it 100% organically, and then the active users you get signed up for free that keep using the site will ultimately have a value of … shocker… $40-120. Pick a different niche where you aren’t competing will trillion dollar entities. If I asked you, “did you code this site yourself? Do you host it? Do you know the encryption specs you are using to protect people’s most sensitive data?” and you said anything like “I’m more the IDEA MAN” …. Shut it down today and stop wasting your money.

Second week of July, normally my sprinklers would be running pretty regularly by now. Maybe even every morning. Instead, they haven’t run all year. We are at a high for rainfall, but the additional lack of clear sunshine between storms is a different phenomenon. This isn’t “June Gloom”, we are getting a legit wet season.
