TL; DR
He isn't a huge fan of Barnes at a max, but he wouldn't be too upset if they sign him. Likes him a good bit as a PF, not as much as a SF.
I agree w/ him. Barnes as small ball PF next to Davis at the 5 is very attractive. THe max is still way too much though

Take about 6-8 million off his likely price and I would be fine with Barnes. 22 million is just WAAYYY too much for what this team still needs and has to deal with in the coming seasons and what you can realistically expect from Barnes.

Figured there would be interest. Previous reports that Dell had inquired about him prior to deadline. Decent defender, effort guy who did well as a small ball 4. Good 3-4 rotation wing to combine with Qpon or new free agent 2-3 wing.
