It just locks up the portion they made the offer with, they'd still have about $4-$5 free to take a little extra like Asik and Ajinca for Lin.

He seemed to start talking about him for no reason after he said the Pels were going to add a guy 4-7 in the rotation in the next 48 hours. Lin does seem the most attainable of the potential targets and we know Demps tried to sign him last year.
