And I have been reading/seeing a lot of praise and respect for how much Young has matured the last season or so. So maybe Demps and Co. feel similarly?

It should affect Young if he wants to see significant playing time. Casspi is just another mouth to feed.

What is going on? The league kind of made Miami do a S&T to get LeBron when they didn't need to. But even if that's the case that shouldn't take long unless they're trying to work a multi team S&T like Denver ended up doing.

If Hayward took his full max then they have to move one of Smart, Brown, Bradley, or Crowder (or IT, Horford, or Tatum but that's doubtful).
