Golden State, Shaun Livingston reach agreement on 3-years, $24 million, league sources tell ESPN.

The Golden State Death Star will be quite operational when the playoffs arrive.

Rudy Gay getting close to a deal with SAS per RealGM

Livingston making $8 million? How much is Lacob funneling to him under the table? This is a $12-14 million a year guy in open market. Smh

Holy shite. They kept Livingston?? That's huge

It's big but losing Iggy hurts more than losing Livingston imo.
Gay to Spurs (not official) doesn't really worry me, especially with Aldridge being a diva. Close though apparently.

Oh for sure
I'm just surprised. I thought Livingston had an overblown deal from an average team waiting for him

If the minutes restriction is true, I can't see a team going balls to the wall to pay a guy 13-15/yr who can only give them 20-25 minutes a game. He's got the perfect fit for him in GSW. Extend his career with a limited, defined role he does well.

Ah, I hadn't heard about the minutes restriction
That makes sense.

Free agent forward Rudy Gay has four team visits set up through the 4th of July, a source said.

Everything I'm reading is that the market value for point guards is lower than what agents were expecting, Jrue may be coming back to us after he realizes he's not going to get his demands.

Jrue Holiday's meeting with the Pelicans ended without a deal and Holiday will sleep on his decision and reconvene in the morning, according to Sam Amick of USA Today.

Which means it wasn't a max offer

He's probaly going to pray all night.

Jrue can eat a dick
Does he not care about winning? Pels have been more than patient with him. Through injuries, his wife's surgery, etc.
Take 20 million per year, be the starting point guard with 2 top 10 NBA players in his frontcourt. The Pels will probably sign your brother.
Give us a chance to build a winner.

By all indications Jrue is the type of player that likes to win but doesn't hate to lose.
Which is just another reason why you don't pay someone like that above their performance based value.
Teague got 19 for three years. Jrue should maybe get a bit more for greater youth and defense, but that's about it.

I'm reading the Pacers and Knicks both have interest in Jrue, I'm praying one of them offers him a deal he can't pass up on.
