Even if he wasn't I don't think he's available right now. The Wizards still haven't hired a new GM. They expect the Interim GM to make their draft pick. I doubt they'd let him trade Beal unless they were just blown away by the offer.

He started listening to offers long ago.. it’s leaking now bc of Klutch. Their pushing the issue since Griffin made it known he didn’t have to trade Davis.
