mavs offered DFS and maxi as expected.
if the horford thing is a ruse then pels should be able to afford having some space tied up for two days on an offer sheet to a guy like maxi

Both Maxi Kleber and Dorian Finney-Smith have tiny cap holds for the Dallas Mavericks. Neither met Starter Criteria, so they are on the books for: Finney-Smith - $1.9M Kleber - $1.8M That gives Dallas a ton of flexibility to sign FAs and then re-sign both after offseason work.

that’s a bummer I thought they were more than that

Without a doubt. The worst team in the league has a chance to sign the best player in the league. I don't care if he doesnt play for another year. The Knicks would be fools to let him go to Brooklyn.

Honestly, I'm surprised KD didnt take his PO so he could make 31.5 mil while he rehabs for a year. Then he could head into next FA healthy. Guess he just wants out of GSW?

yes it wouldn’t be capela the pels would want since if they wanted him they would have checked with morey on him before they drafted Hayes.

if they did want him now though that would be an easy 3 teamer to get in on.

If the Pels had any interest in Capela, I would send them the Cavs protected 1st in 2020.

Not necessarily. They could've just thought Hayes was BPA at 8. Also, Capela wasn't nearly as available before the Butler stuff started.
