Maybe we can package them for a late 1st down the road.

Honestly, pick 35 is arguably better than pick 25 because of the 1st round guaranteed contract.

2 of them are likely going to be low 30s, as they are Washington’s 2020 and 2021 2nds.

Wall won’t even get back on the court before 2020-2021 and they will be hamstrung to put a team around him.

When you think about it, Niko can say he liked being here, but he’s a FA, and everyone has cap space. We could have lost him for nothing.
I would have like to keep him, but this was probably the right move.

yep and one or two of those picks could be a decent player.

Decent haul.

Bucks are really good now.

We did him a solid by sending him to a contender / potential finals team.

It wasn’t like we sent him to a bad team for assets where he would have to suffer out the season.

Anything can happen with all these 2nds. Could be going back in the Boston package or even NYK.

2 seconds could turn into a late first down the road as well.

Love Niko, but flip of a coin on him resigning or taking chance on SJ and 4 picks? not a bad deal.

Stanley Johnson is pure trash. Would have been nice to get one of the Bucks decent young players, of which there are quite a few

Stanley hasn’t been great but he’s still young. A new franchise can be a breath of fresh air for him.

This guy was 8th overall in 2015. Y’all want a lotto like Fultz but don’t want to see if this dude can turn it around?

Look at how Jah has done down here with a change of scenery.

Johnson could be a decent reserve pick up.

Has Johnson been miscast? Its amazing how many of these guys are shoehorned into ill fitting roles or playing in bad systems for them. Almost like Hill, who is really more of a undersized 4 but is forced to play on the wing. With Drummond and Griffin, there just wasn't space for Johnson. Maybe it can turn out like Tucker with Houston, who is smaller than Johnson playing alot of 4 and 5. Plus found that role and the right fit later in his career..

SJ and PJ have the same measurables, but SJ is a bad rebounder. he would not be a good 4.

Not a big fan of this trade but I guess this gives us some draft capital

Johnson could be a good bench wing that can be the third or fourth option and be a defensive stopper...just need to put him in that role...let's assume for a second we make the Boston trade with Smart, Tatum, etc.

Johnson, Holiday, Smart will be elite defensively...just not much scoring prowess there but that could be OK in small spurts
