Next year will be different

I mean it was just ain’t work out. We got a generational talent with AD. He wasn’t a true 1. Tried to get boogie with him and he shreds his Achilles. It is what it is

This franchise is mother fricking BEYOND cursed.

League is generationally arse

Wemby is everything people thought Zion would be coming into the league.
And Z has yet to make a playoff appearance while Wemby very well could be looking at a Finals MVP.
People will still say Z is going to figure it out lol. Bums fans of a bum.

Wemby fits the modern NBA. He shoots 3s.
Zion is a relic. Simple as that.

Zion could have been a generational talent if he cared to always be in shape, play defense and develop some type of shot so going to his left to the rim isn’t his only move.

Spurs get the first overall pick and get:
David Robinson
Tim Duncan
Wemby
Pels get the first overall pick:
Street Clothes Davis

Like you can’t make this up man. The 2 generational players can’t stay healthy and Zion is focused on other things

Even at his peak, Zion is a poor man’s Barkley with a bit more height.
Guy simply doesn’t put the work ethic in like Barkley did and has little competitive stream like Barks.

To be fair Anthony Davis matches up with those all time greats for sas.
I think he's a bitch, but comparing him to the bust that is zion is insulting

Spurs got two foreign players and one guy from the Naval academy who all knew how blessed they were to have their physical abilities and hit the ground in San Antonio ready to do what it took to prove their skills
Pels got two guys from blue chip basketball schools who have been coddled since they were in junior high because they were athletic freaks, and have had an inflated sense of self worth since they hit puberty

Ok. You thought Zion would be generational. Whatever. Going into season 8, you see what he actually is. Why are you still holding on to him???
I stopped blaming Zion a long time ago. He is what he is. Accept it or move on.

Edit: "I think just opening the floor up a lot more for him to attack the basket, giving space, being able to live at the free throw line consistently," Mosley said of how he wants to capitalize on Williamson's skill set. "Some of the things he's done here have been obviously spectacular -- and so just making sure that we continue that along with us being healthy."
So more of the same. No shooting 3’s, moving without the ball, etc. People killed BI for not taking more 3’s. We were told if he continued his middie game, he should be moved.

Barkley entered NBA at 21 and joined a championship team (with Julius Erving and Moses Malone). He has always credited Malone for teaching him how to be a pro and keep himself in shape.

Cap, you have to win the Finals to be MVP.
