Hes also (outside of maybe LeBron) the most in shape, NBA player of all time.
He, in the 80s/90s, was in better year round conditioning than Zion is in 2021. Think about all the science and technology we have.
Karl Malone is a lot of things, but first among those is qualified to make these comments.

At age 36, he started all 82 games of the season. How many 36-year-olds do that now? At age 39, he started 81 games.

Karl Malone doesn’t have the right to pass judgement on anyone about anything tbh. I don’t care how good of a basketball player or how in shape he was. That didn’t stop him from ultimately being a trash human being. Zion is averaging 33 or 34 minutes a game these days. That’s pretty standard minutes for a starter in today’s day and age. Karl’s got balls for bringing up anyone’s age as a talking point for what someone should or should not be able to do at any given age.

Karl Malone: Zion Williamson 'has to get his weight under control.' Malone and Big Baby are correct. Malone is what he is but he's right about this. Not necessarily the minutes but his weight' it will take it's toll and Davis is correct on his weight limiting his potential.
