He’s probably just hearing what was mentioned a week ago. Don’t think it’s any new info

Well he did go to Duke maybe one of our 50 Duke players told him something. I also don't think this is any breaking news. He didn't play well enough at any point not to be on the trading block but he played well enough in spurts to where a team might take a chance

Good. He has so many holes to fill just to become a good 3 and D guard. If you take the lobs out of the equation Hart > Lonzo. Even with the lobs I think Hart probably has a bigger impact on winning because of the way he rebounds and scraps.

I'd also like to report that literally any Pelican outside of Zion and BI may be used as a trade asset.

I guess I'm just as good of a reporter as Jay is now.

I neutral to Ball. I wouldn’t mind keeping him as long as we put a shot limit on his 3 attempts.

only way he’s gonna get better shooting Is taking them in game. But only if they’re good looks. Putting a cap on him is just gonna frick with his head even more

It's not just the lobs. Lonzo is really good at creating shots for teammates. Assist percentages on the team, leaving out Thornwell and the G-League guys:

1) Jrue 29%
2)Lonzo 29%
3 NAW 21%
4) Ingram 19%

...

13) Hart 8%
14) Hayes 7%

Josh Hart does a lot of great things for the team, but he absolutely can't create shots for others. He and Ball play really different roles.

Everyone is just playing media member telephone and repurposing the same stale rumors. He may be. He may not be. Throw shite, see what sticks.

Kind of off topic, but what happens when Embiid or Simmons becomes available this offseason? How does that shake all this shite up? Who wants Lonzo when you can have a better Lonzo in Simmons?

I mean Simmons is undoubtedly a better player but I like Lonzo's 3 point shooting a lot

Neither one will come available this offseason.

There is zero chance Philly blows it up without seeing them with a new coach for at least a complete season

They’ll fire Brett Brown first. Now if they still underperform after next season then it’s time to move one of them.

I need everyone to realize that unless Lonzo gets a PG whisperer for a coach or sees a shrink to fix his stuff between the ears he will max out as an ok backup.

I understand he shot 37.5% from 3, I also understand he has no business taking 6.3 per game, and he took waaaaay too many Steph 3s this year too.

He cant finish, makes 2 bad reads for every one, averaged a career high in turnovers this year, and isnt good enough defensively to leave on the court in crunch time.

He can absolutely get better, but he needs damn near A+ coaching to do so if he cant get his confidence right.

shot selection is bad but he also had a nice stretch where I think he shot 58% from deep for the last week and a half before shut down
