Hopefully he's finally turned the corner. He looked like a man possessed tonight when the rest of the team were struggling. He refused to lose.

We have to give credit to Zion.

“What was the key in being better in clutch time?”

Zion’s response should have been “they gave me the god damn ball finally”

They just beat Minnesota a week ago so it's not like they are incapable.

Lol if Willie calls timeout- they lose this game. Best decision by Willie was not calling the timeout.

BI won't allow that. He'll get his feelings hurt, so Willie will appease him and ensure we go back to running the offense through BI... ya know, like we always revert back to.

I'm ok with it as long as they stay out of the play in and Zion continues to get in better shape while staying healthy. But once April hits, everything should revolve around Z.

Yeah he definitely looked pretty spry and energetic today

I think his fitness turned a corner around the time of that Jazz game. He’s just looked noticeably more energetic and bouncier.

Issue is, he is taking a damn pounding and he probably realistically can’t and shouldn’t play that hard and aggressive in most regular season games.

He had a lot more weight on him today than he did in the Jazz game, he wasn't as fit as against the Jazz but he got the ball a lot more.

His body is weird, pause. It gotta be water weight because he had a lot of extra weight hanging out today that was damn near absent against Utah. His weight changes game to game 10-15 pounds, and if bro really drinks a lot of pop, it's all water weight that will come and go.

It definitely shows on the court a little bit. His agility and balance is affected but his hops aren't. Straight line speed stays good also, but he takes time to get there the heavier he is.

He need to get this shite in order for real.

With all that said, great game from him lol.

i agree but thats the problem he's had a few games where he's looked amazing then he's back to looking pedestrian. idk maybe he's saving it to go all out come April.

He’s not been great in every game, no doubt. I just hope for more consistency. I can’t let it upset my stomach, though.

This is somewhat of an untrue statement. It's more like he will get half the touches the next game. He will have an 12-18 game then a 5-12 game, which ain't always Zions fault.

Now, his shape is just flat out bad this season and I don't expect great defense every night like last season in DEC (Zion was the best defender on the team before he got hurt, and the team fell off the map defensively also after he got hurt. Before the injury, they were #1). Dude is just too big right now to do those things. Offensively however, he can still give you 27ppg on 62% in his sleep. There should never be a game where a dude that shoots 60% from the floor gets less than 18 shots in a game.

Dawg is 64th in the league in touches per game. Just think about that for 2 minutes and ask yourself how awful of a coach do you have to be for your best player to be 64th in the league in touches.

F'in Jaren Jackson Jr gets more touches, Jarrett Jack, Porzingis, Kuzma, ect. shite makes no sense

need to see how BI/Zion look in the playoffs cuz that'll determine which one of the two needs to go. I dont think we ever win anything of significance with them two together. They dont mesh well enough.

just think if he wasn't the last person getting back on D, tried to help on D, and rebound. We have a chance to win the West.

There's very few realistic scenarios that would have me wanting to pussy Ingram $50 million
