I think this team will grab a decent seed in the playoffs. Have I gone insane, or does anyone agree.

A better question is if Zion is in shape and stays healthy, are the pels a contender? OP question is too obvious.

This happens every offseason. Pipe down.
If history repeats itself we won’t be seeing much of Zion this season.

The thing none of us can know is how durable he can be. For once it looks like he's putting in the off season work we need him to. But does putting in the work mean it's all going to work out?

Fingers crossed at this point.

If I was a rich and famous actor, Margot Robbie might date me.

He’s looked better and he’s looked worse. It’s a positive photo set on the whole considering we are 2 months from the season and he’s still got time to improve.
Glad to see some non photoshopped pics though.
Can any fitness gurus advise me why he doesn’t have shoes on and if that serves some kind of health benefit?

The bullet points on the positives in this article all seem to be things that would help Zion with his injury history.

But I'm guessing it's because he was at home and didn't have shoes on when the trainer came over.

Increases Coordination
Being barefoot is a natural part of being human. “Getting back to your nature, re-learning your movement patterns, and improving muscle engagement increases the activation of proprioceptors, unequivocally bringing your coordination, stability, and balance to the next level,” says Peña. “This in turn leads to healthier joints and a significant reduction to the risk of injury, making you more biomechanically efficient.”
Strengthens Feet
“When you workout barefoot, you engage all your feet muscles in a way that is not always possible because of the ‘accommodations’ your shoes provide,” says Peña. “For example, most running shoes are designed to help propel you forward, not to provide balance, so as a result, your feet don’t engage the right way, which leads to tighter muscles, increased pressure on joints, and weaker feet.”
According to Mace, “Training barefoot can reduce or remove foot pronation; this is because it strengthens the feet and improves muscle tone allowing the arch to rise.”
One study with fifty-seven runners showed that wearing minimalist shoes could help strengthen the feet. Results showed that barefoot shoes could be as effective as doing foot exercises to strengthen the feet.

If if was a fifth, then we'd all be drunk.

seems possible.
health is a must.
the top 9 guys.
whats decent?
6th gets you out of #1 bracket.
6th plays 3.
you get tested game1.
is 4th or better decent because 4th or better its a home game?
i will not expect a first round win unless zion comes back with a jumper or set shot. guard play by cj is just ok.
theres no big pnr defender.
JV gave an interview after a recent win in which he said his place is near the basket banging people (soooo not chasing pnr). i hope they trade him right away. clueless and belligerent.

Like repeatedly creating new alters, behaving the same way, but expecting people to start appreciating your company.

If Zion and BI are healthy, we're contenders.
The thing that most of y'all aren't factoring in is that we should expect Zion's play to improve. And that's before we look at the expected improvement for Trey, Herb, Jose, and Dyson.
Yes, CJ, Jonas, and Larry are all getting older and at risk of decline, but the upside on our young players is much greater than the downside for our older ones.

If BI and Zion are healthy, it's a top 4 lineup in the West. Big of, though
